We teamed up with a local roaster and provided some of our freshly emptied whiskey barrels for conditioning coffee. Fats in un-roasted coffee absorb the flavor and aroma left inside our potent barrels. After roasting, this Organic Honduran coffee is extremely fragrant and has notes of vanilla, spice, clove, oak, and of course, whiskey.
We highly recommend brewing this strong and adding vanilla simple syrup and cream!
